Teriyaki opened its first restaurant in the Parque 93 in 1999. It's one of the most exclusive and best restaurants in Bogotá and includes dishes from the countries as Vietnam, Japan, Singapore, and Thailand. The restaurant has a very Japanese air - the tables, chairs, music, decoration, and even the waiters' uniforms evoke the east Asian traditions. To add to the ambiance, there is a Sushi Bar and a teppanyaki table, around which guests gather and enjoy a meal expertly prepared and cooked to perfection on a steel grill, right before their eyes.
